Discussions with Ambassador His Excellency Fatih Ak

In anticipation of the WorldFood Istanbul Expo, which will take place from September 3rd to 6th, 2024, a delegation from AGRITRADE Uganda made a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Turkey in Uganda, where they were warmly received by the Ambassador, His Excellency Fatih Ak. 

The delegation included Mr. Chiwera Grant, CEO of AGRITRADE, Ms. Peace Kahunde, Director of Trade Development, and Mr. Jeremiah Mwanja, Director of Membership. AGRITRADE Uganda highly values the longstanding relationship with the Turkish Embassy, which has been a cornerstone of our operations since our inception.

During our discussions with Ambassador Ak, we had the opportunity to present the accomplishments of our previous trip to Turkey, including successfully closed business deals and newly identified opportunities. The Ambassador, demonstrating his visionary leadership, shared additional prospects for youth engagement and trade with Turkey.
