AGRITRADE Uganda assists companies to find trade opportunities and information through new markets, partners and buyers both locally and internationally.


A.    TRADE ENQUIRIES

AGRITRADE responds to trade related enquiries from local and foreign buyers, trade associations, chambers of commerce, foreign missions in Uganda as well as business visitors to Uganda. These trade enquiries are disseminated to Ugandan companies through Trade Leads and other AGRITRADE platforms.

B.    BUYER-SELLER MEETINGS (BSM)

AGRITRADE organizes buyer-seller meetings to allow both parties to get to know each other on a more detailed basis. BSM helps establish trust and the beginnings of a working relationship and also help to instill the buyer with confidence and momentum about the business and instill the seller with confidence about the buyer.

C.    INTERNATIONAL SOURCING PROGRAMME (ISP)

AGRITRADE in collaboration with our international partners organizes International Sourcing Programmes (ISP). Individual business meetings with Ugandan businesses are arranged in conjunction with these buying missions.

D.    INCOMING TRADE DELEGATIONS

AGRITRADE receives visits of foreign trade delegations. Apart from organizing business briefings, AGRITRADE schedules individual business meeting between Ugandan exporters and members of foreign trade delegations who are interested in sourcing from Uganda.
