Jeremiah Mwanja is the Director Membership  and Founder at AGRITRADE Uganda, bringing 13 years of expertise in membership engagement, project coordination, and agribusiness support. Skilled in team leadership and resource management, he ensures members receive timely guidance, market information, and access to company services. With a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

He promotes transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making. Focused on strengthening member networks and building trust, he facilitates capacity building, compliance with quality standards, and effective communication between farmers and the organization. He combines strategic oversight with hands-on support to maximize member value and participation. He is the Founder of Mwan and Rob Agro Ltd, a registered company specializing in the agricultural activities in Uganda

He served as the Client Relations Officer of East Africa Entrepreneurs Association (EAEA) where he managed comprehensive stakeholder communications, built and nurtured strategic partnerships, and facilitated networking opportunities across the entrepreneurial ecosystem. He supported capacity-building programs for entrepreneurs, helping startups and SMEs access resources, mentorship, and market opportunities, thereby contributing to sustainable business growth and community development.

As the Head of Sales and Marketing of Entapps Limited, he led marketing campaigns, designed and implemented sales strategies, and managed client portfolios to maximize revenue growth. He coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, increase customer acquisition, and expand market reach, while monitoring performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.

He coordinated member services, strengthened engagement, and supported trade advocacy initiatives during his time as the Membership Relationship Officer at Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UNCCI). He facilitated business networking events, workshops, and training programs, ensuring members received guidance, resources, and opportunities to grow their enterprises and access both local and international markets.
