His professional foundation was built during his tenure in the Finance Department at MTN Uganda, where he developed expertise in corporate financial systems and customer relationship management, shaping his understanding of large-scale business operations and financial stewardship.

He also leads the healthcare sector as Director and Founder of Tendoz Chiwera Pharma, demonstrating versatility in managing diverse business portfolios while maintaining growth and operational excellence.

Through the Chiwera Foundation, he has positively impacted over 300 individuals via education and business development programs.
